Since late 2020, I have been guiding companies through digital transformation under the name C4rtwork. As a freelance full-stack developer, I design and build innovative software solutions that not only excite technologically but also adapt flexibly to changing markets. I focus on interactive, cross-platform VR, AR, desktop, web, and mobile applications using the Unity Game Engine. Additionally, I deliver demanding real-time 3D projects with Unreal Engine and develop scalable web solutions and cloud back-ends on .NET and Azure. Whether architecture, DevOps, or performance tuning—together with my clients, I create agile, future-proof, and crisis-resilient solutions with real added value.1 year
From September 2021, alongside my freelance development work, I taught the English-language “IT Infrastructures” module at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich. I delivered practical lessons covering telecommunications, the OSI layers, server-client architectures, and encryption technologies, aiming to make theoretical concepts interactive, application-oriented, and engaging. I concluded the assignment in October 2021 upon relocating abroad due to the pandemic.6 months
In the mobile team at Travian Games, I worked as a Unity developer on porting Travian Legends from browser to mobile devices. In doing so, I further developed an internal framework for connecting GraphQL and REST APIs, worked on automatic code generation from the GraphQL schema and the Swagger file, and contributed to establishing a unit testing strategy in Unity. Our agile workflow (initially Kanban, later SCRUM with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket) enabled close coordination within the team. Despite exciting technical challenges, I realized that the role did not align with my idea of creative game development – particularly regarding actively shaping and contributing my own ideas. Therefore, I decided to refocus on self-determined, creative projects and take the step into self-employment.2 years
As a Unity/Unreal Developer at vr-on GmbH, I turned my hobby into my profession. In a five-person interdisciplinary team, we built a multi-user VR cloud plugin for Unity and Unreal. Initially hired as a Unity developer, I later took on Unreal tasks as well. From January 2019, I also served as the interface between development, graphics, and marketing—conceptualizing and prototyping new ideas and features, planning and executing two internal demo projects, contributing to client projects, and delivering on-site consultations. I also led Unity workshops to support customers in realizing their VR visions. My role spanned technical conception through prototypical implementation. The position ended in April 2020 due to a company-wide restructuring.2 years

At THOMAX Media, I was initially responsible as a web developer for implementing custom Prestashop solutions for clients in the toy retail sector. In addition to functionally extending existing systems with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, I also coordinated the work of other developers on several online shop projects. From March 2016, I took on the technical leadership of the development department and was responsible for the “InOsna” project, in which I played a key role in backend development. I also designed the database architecture, conducted code and design reviews, and established Git-based processes for quality assurance. I ended the employment relationship at my own request to fulfill my childhood dream: becoming a game developer.2 years

During my two-year apprenticeship as a Marketing Communications Clerk, I gained hands-on experience in customer relations, project management, and media design. I collaborated closely with multiple departments, developing a deep understanding of targeted communication strategies and client-focused work. After completing my apprenticeship, I remained employed until I began my studies, taking on diverse roles in IT and graphics, editing the company blog, and coordinating the onboarding of a new apprentice. My focus was ensuring seamless team transitions and maintaining efficient, structured workflows.School education
