Senity develops intelligent systems that automatically handle calls and inquiries - ensuring no contact is lost and revenue is not left to chance. As co-owner and head of the development department, I am solely responsible for all technical implementations. The core product is the Communication Hub: an AI-powered communication system that handles inbound and outbound phone processes, qualifies leads, schedules appointments, and executes automated follow-ups. Voice, CRM, and follow-up work in a unified framework for 24/7 availability with omnichannel integration (phone, email, SMS).

Responsibilities

• •Sole leadership of the entire development department as co-owner
• •Design and implementation of the overall technical architecture for the Communication Hub
• •Development of scalable backend systems and APIs for AI phone agents and omnichannel communication
• •Integration and orchestration of LLMs, speech synthesis, and speech-to-text pipelines for natural conversation
• •Setup of modular, scalable system architecture with CRM integration and automated documentation
• •Technical evaluation of new AI technologies regarding production readiness and scalability
